Purchases are made through our Fourthwall shop and are covered by the shop's terms of service, including payment, shipping, and refunds. See also shipping & returns.
Your photo
When you upload a photo for Your Send, you confirm that you took it or have the photographer's permission, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights. You give CragPrints a license to use it to make your drawing and your shirt. You keep ownership of your photo.
Featuring your design
If you tick the optional box at checkout, you also let CragPrints feature the drawing made from your photo and offer it on CragPrints products (including after your order) as part of our portfolio of saved climbs. We review each design first and may choose not to use it. Want it taken down later? Email us and we will.
What we'll print
- Your Send shirts show a drawing of rock and landscape, our small logo, plus a climb name and area on the back and coordinates on the front if you ask for them.
- We don't print other brands, logos, characters, or titles (including masked or misspelled versions), people, or anything offensive. Designs and wording are checked automatically, and we may decline or cancel an order that breaks these rules.
- Drawings are made to interpret and stylize your photo rather than copy it exactly. What you see in the preview is what we print.
Fair use of drawings
Each visitor can make up to 10 drawings a day. Please don't try to get around the limit or the checks.
Our designs
The drawings, logo and site are CragPrints' work. Buying a shirt doesn't transfer rights to reproduce them. The line art we email you with a Your Send order is yours to keep for personal use: frame it, print it, share it. Please don't sell it or put it on products.
