How long until my shirt arrives?

Every shirt is printed to order. Printing takes 3 to 5 business days. In the US, delivery usually takes 6 to 12 business days from the day you order. International orders usually arrive 2 to 4 weeks after printing. Shipping options and estimates are shown at checkout.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes, to most countries. If your country is in the list at checkout, we can ship there, and you'll see the shipping cost before you pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request a cancellation from your order confirmation page until your order goes into production. For a short time after ordering, you can also correct your street address there (the city, zip code and country can't be changed). For any other change, like the size, email us right away: orders can only be changed before production starts.

Which size should I get?

Compare the measurements in our size guide with a shirt that fits you well.

What if something's wrong with my shirt?

If it arrives with a print error, damage, or a visible quality issue, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. See shipping & returns.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry or tumble dry on low. If you iron it, keep it inside out and don't iron directly over the print.

Will it look exactly like the preview?

Close, but not necessarily identical. The preview is a visual guide: printed ink on fabric can look a little different from your screen, especially on heather and dark shirts, and exact color matching to a digital rendering can't be guaranteed.

What happens to the photo I upload?

It's sent to OpenAI to make your drawing and isn't kept on our servers. The details are in our privacy policy.
