Shipping & returns
Your shirt is printed after you order then shipped to the address you give at checkout. Shipping options, costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay. You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.
If something's wrong
Quality is guaranteed. If your shirt arrives with a print error, damage, or a visible quality issue, we'll replace it or refund it.
Email contact@support.cragprints.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and a photo of the problem.
Returns
Every shirt is made to order, and Your Send shirts are one of a kind, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for anything other than a defect. That includes sizing. Please check the size guide before you order. However, if something is genuinely incorrect or faulty with your order, we will issue a refund or replace it.
Your Send designs
Your shirt is printed from the design of the photo you upload, exactly as shown in the preview. A drawing made from your photo is an interpretation of the rock, not a tracing, so it's worth taking a close look before checkout. You can ask for changes to the design only before you place your order.
