Privacy

TLDR: We use what you give us to make your order and nothing else unless you say so. No ads, no tracking cookies, and visits are only counted anonymously.

Your photo (Your Send)

• When you tap Draw my climb, the part of the photo you framed is sent to our drawing provider to make your drawing. We don't keep your photo on our servers, and our provider doesn't keep it longer than 30 days.
• If your photo has location data, your browser reads it on your device to fill in the coordinates for you. That location data isn't sent with your photo. Coordinates are only sent to us if you check out with them printed on the front.
• Your photo and drawings are saved in your browser, just so that a reload doesn't lose them. They stay on your device until you tap Remove photo or clear your browser's data for this site.

Words you type and your design

Climb or area names for the back of the garment, change requests for your drawing, and your finished design are checked automatically, just to make sure we don't print anything inappropriate or infringe on anyone else's brand.

When you check out

• Your finished design, garment choices and coordinates are sent to our store and fulfillment partner, Fourthwall, who makes and ships your order.
• They also handle payment, your name, email and shipping address (see the shop's privacy policy). We never see your card details.
• For a Your Send order, they share the order's email address with us so we can email you a copy of its line art once your order is in production (sent through Resend, our email service). We keep the address only until that email is sent. That's the only email we send you ourselves; order and shipping updates come from them.
• If you ticked the optional box, we keep your drawing (never your photo) with the name, area, and coordinates you entered, and may feature it and offer it on CragPrints products. We review each one first. If you change your mind, email us and we'll take it down.

Cookies and limits

• One cookie: a random ID, set when you make your first drawing, that lets us count your daily drawings. It isn't linked to your name or used for tracking or ads.
• To stop automated abuse we also count drawings per network (IP address); those counts delete themselves after two days.
• Cloudflare, our host, runs a quick bot check (Turnstile) before your first drawing. Our request logs are kept for three days.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits for us without cookies and without identifying you. We only see totals, like how many visits each page gets.
